Subject: HTTP Web Server: Couldn't find design note - mailfile.nsf
Feedback Type: Problem
Product Area: iNotes - Full mode
Technical Area: Error Message
Platform: Windows
Release: 8.5.1
Reproducible: Always

Hi Peeps,

I'm hoping someone can help me out with this error.

I have a Domino 8.5.1 FP3 server running on W2K3 Server Std. I am testing the iwaredirect with a few mail files, and whenever I login as the user I get the following message:

"Error 404 HTTP Web Server: Couldn't find design note - mailfile.nsf" (where mailfile is the NSF of the user I am logging in as.)

A quick check of the server log confirms this -

20/07/2010 14:49:40 HTTP Web Server: Couldn't find design note - mailfile.nsf [/redir.nsf/mailfile.nsf?OpenDatabase]

Is the issue with redir.nsf, or are there missing design elements within the mail file that I am missing?

I have tried refreshing/replacing the design of the redir.nsf and the mailfile.nsf to no avail.

Any help, or insight, would be greatly appreciated.
